Administrative Team

  Kim Dale joined Life Certain Wealth Strategies in September 2011 as Office Manager.  She now serves in the role of Executive Assistant to the President and Operational Consultant.  She is responsible for making sure that the firm stays abreast of compliance procedures and providing administrative support to the company president Herb White. Kim also manages Herb’s schedule including; travel, meeting, speaking engagements and other appointments along with ensuring that there are no scheduling conflicts.

Kim’s knowledge and financial services background are essential to the overall success of the firm.  Her comprehensive knowledge of FINRA and SEC rules and regulations helps to ensure that the firm and its advisors meet their regulatory obligations.  Kim is dedicated to the improvement of operations processes and works thoroughly to ensure that all internal business is executed smoothly and efficiently.

She holds Series 6, 7, 24, 51, 63, and 65/66 Securities registrations and brings 25 years of operational and compliance experience to our team.  Kim is an avid reader and gardener, and enjoys many outdoor activities including hiking and rock crawling.  She is a Colorado Native and has two grown daughters and two granddaughters. Dee Walker came to Life Certain with extensive experience in the Financial Industry working with both regional and national firms.

Dee and her husband, Scott, spend their spare time working with Rocky Mountain Cocker Rescue and sponsoring the Philharmonic of Colorado Springs.Contact

Rachel Majich joined Life Certain Wealth Strategies as the Client Relationship Coordinator, working under Joe Di Biasi and Greg McElheny since 2018. She is a graduate of Regis University with a degree in Politics and Pre-Law. Rachel is a California native who enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking/baking and many outdoor activities such as skiing, swimming and hiking. Contact

Mark Hill handles the day to day communications, client events, and marketing for Life Certain Wealth Strategies and is an integral part of our wealth management team. Mark has over thirty years of experience in sales and marketing, including twelve years as owner of a successful visual merchandising and product development company. Mark has served on the board of various businesses and non-profits, holds a private pilot license, and enjoys spending time with family. He lives with his wife, Sherry in Castle Rock, CO. Contact

Simon Beyene joined LCWS as a research analyst in May of 2017. He is a graduate of  Metropolitan State University of Denver with a degree in Finance. He has obtained his Series 7 license in order to continue his career in the Financial Services industry. Simon plans on pursuing his MBA in the fall of 2020.

Simon is a native of Colorado and has spent his life in the Denver-metro area. In addition to working at Life Certain he also volunteers in the Denver Community. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, attending concerts and local sporting events. Contact

Shelby Steenerson* balances more than just the books at Steenerson & Co., Inc. She works together with individuals and small businesses to apply strategic planning to their unique tax situations. Her goal is to help clients understand the ever changing tax laws and how it may impact their decision making. She takes over 40 continuing education hours yearly with an emphasis on personal and business taxation. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants. Shelby has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. She is a trusted CPA with over 16 years of practical experience in the accounting and income tax fields.

She has four awesome children, two boys and two girls. She enjoys snowboarding and jet skiing with her family.

Tom Sullivan* is the Medicare Manager at HealthCare Benefit Services, a brokerage agency that was started in 1988. Tom has dual degrees in Marketing and Finance from the University of Northern Colorado. He brings to HealthCare Benefit Services 24 years of management experience from the private sector, and has been a Medicare specialist for over 13 years. Working with CPA’s, Financial Planners and Health Brokers, Tom keeps his clients updated annually with Medicare changes and updates, and shows how these changes will be affecting their coverage and their premiums. Tom helps decipher the inundation of information and make sure that you fully understand Medicare when entering the program. He will explain how your coverage will affect your personal medical needs, from what doctors you can choose from, and the exact cost of your prescription drugs.

His philosophy is to assist client through the Medicare Maze and to keep clients nimble in all their Medicare choices from year to year.
