Bill applies his financial planning and analysis skills to an affluent clientele consisting primarily of business owners, professionals, and near-retirees.

Bill's clients rely on him to guide them through the transition from a wealth accumulation phase to the distribution phase of retirement. Saving and accumulating shifts to distributing in the most tax efficient manner to maintain your lifestyle while managing longevity risk, tax considerations, and estate planning.

Bill has built a reputation for helping his clients grow, preserve, and transition family wealth. Bill loves partnering with clients to navigate these unfamiliar waters to make life more certain.

Are you feeling a bit anxious about your retirement plans?  Are you contemplating things like ---?

  • When can I retire and still maintain my lifestyle?
  • What if I sold the business in a few years?
  • How do I manage the “risk” of living to age 90 or 100?
  • Am I taking too much out of my retirement accounts?

As you wind down your career or consider selling your business, your financial picture will change dramatically.  This new phase of life without a paycheck or cashflow from the business will require new focus and financial acumen as you prepare for the next phase.

At Life Certain, our clients rely on us to guide them through the transition from a wealth accumulation phase to the distribution phase of retirement.  Saving and accumulating shifts to distributing in the most tax efficient manner to maintain your lifestyle while managing longevity risk, tax considerations, and estate planning.  The stakes are definitely higher and more complicated.  We love partnering with clients to navigate these unfamiliar waters to make life more certain.

As your planning partner, Bill brings decades of both personal and professional experience to investing and planning. He started investing as a kid with support from his grandfather and father.  His investment experience spans nearly five decades.  Bill’s disciplined approach and insights have been molded by being an active market participant and experiencing, firsthand, market volatility, including momentous market crashes --- Black Monday (Oct 1987), Tech Bubble (Mar 2000), and the Great Recession (2008).  His passion for comprehensive planning comes from NOT receiving that type of planning from multiple advisors in his past.  He holds a certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and holds the series 7, 66, & LAH licenses.
